CONCEPT
1 consultation
Following research and consideration of the brief, we present our vision for your home. We create moodboards including inspirational images that reflect the design direction.
At this stage, the deposits for material and finish specification services are due.

MATERIAL & FINISH SPECIFICATION
Up to 3 consultations
We meticulously select and specify all of the materials and finishes for your home. This includes flooring, tiling, lighting features, paint colours, wall coverings, tap-ware and other hardware as requested. We use our expertise to combine beautiful, high-end finishes in the creation of show-stopping spaces.
At the completion of this stage, the final payment for your material and finish specification work is due

ORDERING & INSTALLATION
Behind the scenes
The Tailormade Space team will coordinate with suppliers, trades and subcontractors to ensure that all the elements* are ordered, installed and styled to perfection in your home.
This stage is included in the above work - so no additional fees are required
